Found Bicycle - A Roadmaster mountain bike was found in the 400 block of W Main St. Owner may identify and claim at HPD

Ordinance Violation - Katherine Mann, 47 Hoopeston was given a city citation for interference with police afer an incident at the 200 block of N Fourth St. She was given a notice to appear in city court and was released on scene
