Theft - Parkview Court a woman advised HPD officers an unknown woman had entered her residence and removed cash from her purse

Driving While License Suspended - Jacob E Moser, 31 Hoopeston was taken into custody after a computer check during a traffic stop at 100 blk W Thompson revealed his Illinois Driver’s License to be suspended. He was released after posting bond and his vehicle was towed from the scene
