Fire Call - 11:09am at the site of the Old Vermilion Iron Foundry Propertu at 226 N Sixth Ave, while Vermilion Public Health Department Environmental Health Section, was conducting an on site inspection of the property, and found a steel barrel that was leaking vapor gas, called for HFD to respond who in return requested Vermilion County Haz Mat Team to the scene.  Area was secured by HFD until Haz Mat arrived there will be further testing conducted

Theft of Utilities Services - 4:52pm 100 blk S Fifth Street a 35 year old Danville man called police after he noticed a tenant using his electrical outlet.  Randy L Richards, 50 Hoopeston & Sharon K McCarthy, 54 Hoopeston went HPD later and were questioned and charged with Theft of Utilities Services and each posted a $100 bond and were released.
