Traffic Accident (Hit & Run) - accident occurred on Sat. 10-27 at the alleyway of the Blue Moon Saloon when a 2004 Chrysler Seibring owned by Pamela Morgeson of Hoopeston was parked and struck by an unknown unit causing damage to her vehicle.

Driving Suspended License - Alicia M Gonzalez was observed driving down the street after a computer check revealed her State of Illinois License to be suspended. She was released from the scene with a notice to appearin in Danville court and truck was towed from the scene to Knuth’s towing

Theft (Under $500) - 58 yr old Hoopeston man contacted HPD reference to his 3 ft gas powered post hole digger was stolen from his property at 300 blk S 3rd st

Battery - Hoopeston juvenile was transported to HPD after an altercation at 600 blk E Orange and released to a guardian after a juvenile petition was filed with Vermilion County States Attorney. Victim, 12 year old Hoopeston male juvenile was transported to the ER for treatment

Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by Passenger - a traffic stop was performed on a vehicle that Zachary T Garman, 21 Hoopeston was a passenger in and an open bottle of vodka was found in his possession. He was issued a citation and released from the scene
