Disorderly Conduct - 01/22/2013 12:25PM - Celina M Artega (32) of Hoopeston was issued a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City court for disorderly Conduct after a 19 year Hoopeston woman filed a complaint around 12:25PM for Artega making threats to her. Artega was located later at 9:18PM and issued the NTA.
