Theft - A 36 year old female employee of Hoopeston Nursing Home advised HPD that unknown subject(s) stole a bottle of prescription medication from her locker

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (City Charge) - During a traffic stop at Route 1 & Honeywell Telvon J Chatman, 29 Hoopeston was arrested for possession of Drug Paraphenalia and transported to HPD where he was released with a notice to appear

Battery (City) - HPD officers responded to a report of a fight at the Second Chance 102 N Market Hoopeston. Zacaria C Sage, 23 Hoopeston was arrested and charged with Battery (City) and transported to the HPD where he was later released with a notice to appear
