Battery - Angela D Miller, 28 Hoopeston was arrested on an initial charge of Battery after an incident involving a 18 year old Hoopeston woman to which the police were call to the 100 block of McKinley Ave, she was issued a Notice to Appear in City Court and released

Bicycle Found - A Shimnao tandem seat bicycle was found at south alley 200 blk E Main, owner may identify and claim at HPD

Bicycle Found - A dark blue Roadmaster boy’s bike was found at W Penn & S Sixth Ave, owner may identify and claim at HPD

Communicating/Harassment of a Witness - 44 year old Hoopeston femail contacted HPD and advised that Marcos Ramirez. 21 Hoopeston had sent several text messages talking/harassing her about an incident that occurred the previous night. Ramirez was arrested and charged with Communicating with a Witness and Harrassment of a Witness and taken to HPD processed and later transported to the PSB in lieu of bond
