Michael E Miller, 48 Martinton was arrested on the morning of July 25th and charged with the production of cannabis, 5 to 20 plants, after the Sheriff’s Deparment was advised that cannabis plants were growing at Miller’s Martinton property. Miller is being held at the Iroquois County Jail pending a court appearance.
