Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police returned from the Ford County Jail on the afternnon of 8-1-12 with Paul T. Zindars, 34 Champaign.  Zindars was charged with Criminal Sexual Abuse and Unlawful Restraint in Iroquois County.  The charges were the result an an altercation that happened at The Lion’s Den in rural Buckley on the morning of 7-31-12.  Zindars entered the business, engaged staff in conversation and made a purchase, Zindars then cornered a female manager in an office, shut and locked the door to the office and while inside allegedly assualted the female manager.  Zindar then left the scene and was apprehended a short while later by Paxton Police, Illinois State Police and Ford County Sheriff’s Department.  Buckley EMS was on scent at the Lions Den where the civtim refused medical treatment at that time.  Zindars was released on bond from Iroquois County on the afternoon of 8-1-12
