Unemployment rates dropped in all 11 counties of East Central Illinois in October

The state Department of Employment Security reported a drop in unemployment rate for the month of October 2012.
Champaign County’s unemployment rate was 7.7 percent, down from 7.8 percent in September. Meanwhile, Vermilion County’s rate was 9.9 percent, down from 10 percent in September.
