Here’s your WHPO Sports Update….

Kevin Harvick won his first Southern 500 Saturday night at Darlington, taking the checkered flag after starting from the pole.

Bubba Watson won his 2nd Masters in 3 years as he shot a final round 69 at Augusta yesterday. 
Manny Pacquiao won a unanimous decision in his rematch with Timothy Bradley on Saturday night, avenging his 2012 loss and claiming the WBO welterweight title.

Bulls lost to the Knicks 100-89

Cardinals beat the Cubs 6 – 4 in a rain-delayed 3rd game of their series in St. Louis.
White Sox beat the Indians 4 – 3

the Blackhawks will play the St. Louis Blues in the first round of the playoffs. The Blues will have home-ice advantage.  The Blues-Blackhawks’ series will likely begin in St. Louis on Thursday.

Liverpool outlasted Manchester City 3-2 to move one step closer to claiming the Premier League regualr season title…
Chelsea beat Swansea City 1 – 0 to stay in the hunt for that same title.
