Mason Layden scored 20 points and Daniel Lawson chipped in 11 points to help the Cornjerkers pull away and advance to Saturday’s fifth-place game against Georgetown-Ridge Farm.. Shawn Johnson led the Trojans with 10 points

H.S. Girls Basketball

Watseka 52 - PBL 35
Cissna Park beat Clifton Central 49 - 19
Buckely Christ Lutheran got by Normal Calvary 36 – 34.
Andrea DeBella lead the Crusaders with 14 points.

H.S. Wrestling:

At Hoopeston;

Jarod Noel (182) and Danny Feezor (126) pinned their opponents as Bismarck-Henning beat Hoopeston Area 39-33. The Cornjerkers got pins from Devin Cartwright (106), Dylan Pate (113) and Gage Foster (132).
