The Chicago Bulls lost a defensive struggle to the Memphis Grizzles, 80-71
Oklahoma City beat the San Antonio Spurs 107-93
LA Clippers 88 – Detroit 76
Houston beat the NY Knicks 109-96
Orlando 102 – Minnesota 93
Phoenix 101 – Sacramento 90

MLB…

Knuckle-baller and Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey has reached an agreement with Toronto on a two-year, $25 million extension that allowed the New York Mets to trade Dickey to the Blue Jays.

NCAA Basketball…

The Duke Blue Devils advanced one spot to replace Indiana at the top of The Associated Press’ Top 25 on Monday.
Indiana (9-1) held the top spot from the preseason poll through the first five weeks of the season, but not after Butler beat the Hoosiers 88-86 in overtime Saturday.
Michigan at 11-0 and Syracuse moved up one place each to second and third. They were followed in the top 10 by Arizona, Louisville, Indiana, Ohio State, Florida, Kansas and Illinois.

Jim Boeheim became the third Division I men’s coach to reach 900 wins as No. 3 Syracuse beat Detroit 72-68 last night.
Boeheim, is 68 and in his 37th year at his alma mater, is 900-304.
Mike Krzyzewski and Bobby Knight are the only other men’s Division I coaches to win that many games.
