Bridge Repair Project

East Lynn- The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that repairs will be made to the bridge carrying Illinois Route 9 over an unnamed creek, 0.5 mile east of East Lynn.  The repairs are scheduled to begin on Monday, August 25, 2014, and be completed by Thursday, October 9, 2014.  Inclement weather may revise these tentative dates.
Traffic on Illinois Route 9 will be restricted to one lane with traffic signals.
Motorists are reminded to reduce speeds in work zones and to be alert for workers and machinery.

Harvest of Talents Sausage & Gravy Breakfast

Enjoy a Sausage & Gravy Biscuit breakfast on Saturday, August 23rd at the Milford Christian Church from 6:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  All proceeds go to the Harvest of Talents to help fight world wide hunger.
