Manhunt leads to one arrest

According to the Commercial News, one man was arrested Tuesday on felony charges following a manhunt in the rural area north of Potomac.
The situation began around 9:40 a.m. Tuesday when a deputy on duty ran the license plate of a vehicle, which came back stolen.
The driver was described only as a black male wearing a stocking cap, Woods confirmed. It was unknown whether he was armed at the time.
