There will be a special meeting of the Iroquois County Board at 5 p.m. Monday.
This meeting, according to the news release, if “for the purpose of removing and replacing appointed members of the Ford Iroquois Board of Public Health.
Iroquois County Board Chairman Rod Copas the county board appoints four members of the body and it will discuss the issue and take action.
“There’s a lot more going on than the public’s aware and we’re going to get it sorted out,” he said by phone. “It will all be discussed at the open meeting.”
The four representatives from Iroquois County are Copas, Dr. Alexander Michalow, Jill Kaeb, RN, and Diane Clatterbuck, RN.
The meeting will be in the county board room at the administrative center, 1001 E. Grant St. in Watseka.
