The Centers for Disease Control want to remind residents to use caution when dealing with the heat today. CDC provided a few tips:
1. Drink Plenty of Fluids
2. Replace Salt and Minerals
3. Wear appropriate clothing and sunscreen
4. Schedule your outdoor activities early in the morning or later in the evening
5. Stay Cool Indoors
6. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN OR PETS IN THE CAR. MAKE SURE OUTDOOR PETS HAVE PLENTY OF WATER
