Warrant Arrest H13-4921 V13-9394 Kelnhofer
Date & Time: August 31, 2013       01:30am
Location: 800 blk E Seminary
Arrested: D’Angelo Bradley (28) of Danville
Details: While Hoopeston officers were on another unrelated call, one of them noticed
Mr. Bradley walking by.  A computer check revealed that he had an outstanding
warrant for FTA.  Subject was transported to the PSB by a county deputy.

Domestic Battery H13-4953 V13-5462 Tate
Date & Time: September 1, 2013 11:30am
Location: 400 block W. Penn
Victim: 27 year old Hoopeston woman
Arrested: Darren J. Booth (32) of Hoopeston
Details: Suspect was taken into custody after victim alleged that the suspect battered
her.  He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment in
court.


Traffic Accident H13-4951 Cade
Date & Time: September 1, 2013 11:19am
Location: Chestnut Street Church of Christ parking lot 709 E. Chestnut
Unit 1: 2000 Pontiac driven by Marilyn K Cox of Hoopeston
Unit 2: 2004 Toyota owned by George J Kress of Bradley, IL
Details: Driver of Unit 1 was backing up in the parking lot and struck Unit 2 which
was parked unattended in the lot.  No injuries or citations.  Both units insured.



Traffic Accident/Hit and Run H13-4958 Showers
Date & Time: August 31, 2013   unknown time
Location: McFerren Park
Unit #1: Unknown, left the scene
Unit #2: 2012 Ford Fusion owned Hertz Rental and driven by Kristen Schwartz of
Hoopeston
Details: Driver of Unit 2 advised while her vehicle was parked the prior day at the
festival, and unknown vehicle struck her vehicle causing damage.

Location: Country Terrace 705 E Orange
Details: Fire Department responded to above for an activated fire alarm which turned
out to be a malfunction.

City Ordinance- Disobeying Police H13-4964 Steeples
Date & Time: September 1, 2013 9:12pm
Location: McFerren Park
Arrested: Clarence Callahan (40) of Hoopeston
Details: After an incident at McFerren Park, subject was arrested for city ordinance
Disobeying Police.  He was taking to HPD where he was processed and then
release on a notice to appear in city court.

Criminal Trespass to Residence H13-4978 V13-9484 Kruse
Date & Time: September 2, 2013     12:36am
Location: 700 blk W Washington
Complainant: (40) year old Hoopeston woman
Arrested: Tammy Fouse (45) Rossville female
Details: Ms. Fouse was arrested after walking into a residence that did not belong to her.
She was taken to HPD, where she was processed and then later transported to the
public safety building in Danville to await arraignment.

Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, Criminal
Damage Over, Resisting H13-4980   V13-9485 Kruse
Date & Time: September 2, 2013     1:12am
Location: Third St/Washington
Complainant: (19) year old Hoopeston woman
Arrested: Chase Miles (21) of Hoopeston
Details: Mr. Miles was arrested on the above charges after an incident that HPD was
called to.  He was taken to HPD where he was process and then later transported
to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.


Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
H13-4988 Welch
Date & Time: September 2, 2013   3:36
Location: 600 blk E McCracken
Arrested: Patricia A Morgeson (51) of Hoopeston
Details: Subject was taken into custody after officers located a bag of crack cocaine
and drug paraphernalia at her residence while assisting a Parole Agent at
the same residence.
She was transported to PSB to await arraignment with judge.

Location: McFerren Park
Details: Miscellaneous items were found during the weekend of the Sweetcorn Festival
including a hat, 2 pairs of glasses, a child’s hand bag, a cigarette case, house
and car keys.  Owners may identify and claim at Hoopeston Police Dept.
