Fire Call, Illegal Burn (City Ordinance Violation) H13-1292 Steeples

Arrested: Victor L Hutton (44) of Hoopeston
Details: Fire Departement was dispatched to the above location after a neighbor noticed smoke
coming from a residence. Upon arrival it was found the above subject to be
burning material other than yard waste in his backyard after dark. He was issued a
Notice To Appear in Hoopeston city court.
