Traffic Accident - 1998 Dodge Pickup driven by Mariah A Moore, 17 Hoopeston & 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Amanda Strawser of Hoopeston were west bound on W Thompson and Strawser was stopped at the intersection waiting to turn south on Sixth Ave when she was struck from behind by Moore who did not see Strawser topped to turn. No injuries, both units were insured. Moore was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident
