6-30-12 3:20am HPD officers arrested Tonya R Franklin, 43 Rossville at Young & Market for driving while license revoked. Franklin was transported to the HPD where she was later released with a notice to appear
7-1-12 10:42pm Devin L Staples, 18 Hoopeston was arrested on an outstanding Vermilion County warrant for Failure to Appear/No Valid Drivers License. Staples was released after posting bond
