Driving While License Suspended - Brenda Colunga, 37 Hoopeston was taken into custody at the HPD after a computer check revealed her Illinois Driver’s License was suspended. She was released after posting a $150 bond. Her vehicle was towed from the scene at Honeywell & 10th Ave
