Vehicle Accident - 12/24/2012 5:51PM - A 2004 Toyota driven by Donald E Dobkins (77) of Danville struck a 2008 Cadillac owed by Perry Rethelford (parked and unoccupied). Dobkins while backing out of a residential driveway struck the Cadillac which was legally parked.
