Complainant: 42 year old Hoopeston man
Arrested: Kurtis J Simpson (27) of Hoopeston
Details: Simpson was issued a City Ordinance Citation signed by the complainant
after officers responded to the above for a fight in progress at the above
location. He was transported to HPD and released.
