Traffic Accident/Hit & Run - 2005 Pontiac owned by Jeffrey R Uppinghouse, Hoopeston was park on east side of 100 block of N Bank St. in a parking spot and an unknown vehicle struck the pontiac on the rear passenger side of the car and left the scene. No injuries
