Location: 300 blk E Washington
Arrested: Richard C Strawser (27) of Hoopeston
Details: Subject was charged with Disorderly Conduct/Reckless Conduct as a result
of an investigation on charges that occurred June 2, 2013.  He was
transported to PSB.

Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse H13-3376 Welch
Date & Time: June 22 2013   8:43pm
Location: 400 blk N Eighth Avenue
Complainant: 17 year old Hoopeston female
Arrested: Richard C Strawser (27) of Hoopeston
Details: Subject was charged with above after the victim, who is a minor, admitted to
having sexual relations with subject.  He was transported to PSB to
await arraignment with a judge.

Hit & Run Accident H13-3381 Linares
Date & Time: June 22, 2013   11:27pm
Location: 1023 W Main
Unit #1: Unknown, left scene
Unit #2: 2008 GMC Yukon owned by Brock Shore of Hoopeston
Details: While Unit #2 was parked and unattended at above location, Unit #1
struck it causing damage and left the scene.

Criminal Sexual Abuse,
Criminal Damage to State Supported Property,
Disorderly Conduct,
Time & Date:  June 23, 2013   1030am
Location:      Vermilion County Housing Authority Property of Parkview Court
Complainant:    24 year old Hoopeston Woman
Arrested:      Ramirez, Marcos L (22) of Hoopeston (M)
Details:      At the above time and date, the complainant contacted HPD in reference to an
issue that occurred about 03:00 am today,  The suspect was located at his home
in which he came to HPD where he was charged with the above listed crimes,
the subject was later transported to PSB Danville to await hearing before a judge.

Warrant Arrest H13-3402 Linares
Date & Time: June 23, 2013   7:20pm
Location: 600 blk W Lincoln
Arrested: Deana L Hurt (40) of Oregon
Details: Subject was taken into custody on outstanding Vermilion County warrant
10TR09743   Failure To Appear/traffic.  She was transported to HPD where
she posted $375 bond and was released with a new court date.

Found Prescription Sunglasses were turned into police station.  Owner can claim there
