Glasses Found
Date: November 8, 2013
Location: McFerren Park Civic Center
Details: A pair of prescription glasses were found at the Civic Center.  Owner may identify
and claim at HPD.


Aggravated Battery H13-6329 V13-12052 Linares
Date & Time: November 8, 2013     11:41pm
Location: 306 E Main St   Uptown Saloon
Arrested: Skylar Pickett (22) Danville male
Details: HPD officers were flagged down in reference to a battery that had just occurred.
Mr. Pickett was arrested and taken to HPD for processing.  He was later transported
to the PSB in Danville for arraignment.

Unlawful Assembly, Disobeying Police H13-6331 Kelnhofer

Location: 400 blk N Market
Arrested: Adolpho Ybarra (19) of Hoopeston Robert Irvin (19) of Hoopeston
Bryce Dyszkewicz (18) of Hoopeston Felipe Martinez (20) of Danville
Matthew Watson (20) of Hoopeston Jonathan Martin (18) of Hoopeston
Zachary Drollinger (19) of Hoopeston
1 (17) year old juvenile
3 (16) year old juveniles
2 (15) year old juveniles
1 (14) year old juvenile
Details: HPD received a report of an underage drinking party at the above location.
Upon officers arrival, all subjects were given notice that they would be mailed
an Unlawful Assembly city citation and a notice to appear in city court.  1 female
juvenile also received a ticket for Disobeying Police.


Found Keys
Date & Time: November 9, 2013   7pm
Details: Keys were found by The Bakery.  Has a Pet Supplies Plus card.  Also has
a pink key with a skull on it.  Owner may claim at HPD.

Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of Accident, No Insurance   H13-6362 Linares
Time & Date:  November 9, 2013   11:58pm
Location:      1023 W Main St. (BJ’s Pump) Hoopeston, IL
Unit 1:           1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee driver Timothy E Coon Jr. of Hoopeston
Unit 2:           2008 Dodge Ram (parked) owned by Markus Davis of East Lynn
Details:   After an altercation at the above location, Mr. Coon got into Unit #1 and
          ran into Unit #2.  He then left the area on foot.  Later he turned himself into
  HPD and received traffic citations for Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of
          Accident, and No Insurance.  He was processed and released with a notice
          to appear in traffic court.
