Violation of Order Protection H13-3037 V13-5774 Kruse
Date & Time: June 7, 2013       1:10am
Location: 300 block S Third Ave
Complainant: 33 year old Hoopeston woman
Arrested: Jeff Chandler (36) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers were called to the above location on a report that the suspect
was at the residence without permission.  He was arrested after a computer
check revealed there was an active Order Of Protection against him. 
Subject was taken to HPD for processing and then transported to the PSB
await arraignment in court.

Criminal Damage To Vehicle H13-3040 Linares
Date & Time: June 7, 2013 7:04am
Location: 700 block E. Wyman Ave
Victim: 33 year old Hoopeston woman
Details: Victim advised officer that, sometime during the night, unknown subject(s)
shattered the passenger side window of her vehicle by throwing a brick
through it.

Criminal Damage To State-Supported Property H13-3041 Steeples
Date & Time: June 7, 2013 7:30am
Location: 800 block E. Elm St
Victim: City of Hoopeston
Details: City employee advised that while a city vehicle was parked at the above location,
unknown subject(s) vandalized the passenger side by keying it.

Traffic Accident H13-3042 Steeples
Date & Time: June 7, 2013 8:30am
Location: W. Lincoln at First Ave
Unit #1: 2005 Dodge Ram truck driven by James A Crouch Sr of Milford, IL
Unit #2: 2010 Chrysler Town & Country van owned by Roger D. Everhart of Milford, IL
Details: Unit 2 was parked on the north side of W. Lincoln just east of First Ave.  Unit 1
was parked in front of Unit 2.  When the driver of Unit 1 started to leave, he
backed into Unit 2.  No injuries, no citations, both units insured.

City Ordinance Violation H13-3055 Kelnhofer
Date & Time: June 7, 2013   10:40pm
Location: 1004 E Orange St   First Church of God
Arrested: James Mullen (19) of Hoopeston
Details: Hoopeston officers received a report that unknown subjects were breaking bottles
in the parking lot of the church.  Upon arrival, Mr. Mullen was found in his vehicle
with several liquor bottles.  He was charged with city ordinance violation of Purchase
or acceptance of gift of liquor by person under 21. Subject was given a notice to appear in city court and released.
