Domestic Battery - Gerardo Torres, 31 Hoopeston & Moises A Torres, 29 Hoopeston were taken into custody and charged with Domestic Battery after an office on patrol witnessed them fighting out front of 200 Blk N Market. Moises was also charged with Criminal Trespass to Land. Both were transported to the PSB to see a judge
Warrant Arrest - Amy J Nosler, 39 Hoopeston turned herself in at the HPD Lobby on a warrant for a charge of possession of cannibas and possession with the intent to deliver. Nosler was transported to PSB in Danville to be processed
Interference w/Reporting Domestic Violence & Possession of Controlled Substance - Ralph Pickler, 42 Hoopeston was arrested for charge listed after HPD were called to the 500 Blk of N Main St. in reference to a disturbance he was then taken to HPD were he was processed and then transported to the PSB in Danville
