Hoopeston Police Weekend Report

Driving While Suspended - Michael Harrison, 20 Hoopeston was arrested following a computer check showing his license was suspended.  Harrison was taken to HPD processed and released with a NTA in traffic court

Theft - A Hoopeston male juvenile was caught stealing from a garage sale at the 300 blk E Washington HPD officers were notified and the subject was arrested for stealing then released to a parent

Disorderly Conduct - After an incident at the 800 blk E Seminary Donald Underwood, 27 Hoopeston was arrested for Breach of Peace Constituting Disorderly Conduct and taken to HPD where he was processed and released with a citation and court date

Warrant Arrest - Christine Ferguson, 48 Hoopeston was arrested after a computer check showed that she was wanted out of Clay County for a Failure to Appear warrant and taken to HPD processed and transported to the PSB inlieu of bond

Aggravated Battery:Mob Action - After an incident at the 400 blk of W Penn Joshua Ferguson, 21 Hoopeston, Chance Manic, 18 Soledad, CA & Jasmine Harms, 19 Hoopeston were arrested after being located at the 300 blk E Seminary all subjects were taken to HPD processed and transported to the PSB and charged with Aggravated battery & Mob Action

Driving While License Revoked - Hoopeston officers responded to a report of a reckless driver and located Eric Bell, 27 Hoopeston at Parkview Ct Rd and arrested and charged him with Driving WHile License Revoked and transported him to the HPD where he was later released with a Notice to Appear
