Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police Report

Amy K. Hankey, 35 Watseka turned herself in at the Iroquois County Jail wanted on an Iroquois County warrant for failure to appear on the charge of Speeding Over the Statutory Limit.  She posted bond and was released

Sheriff’s Police returned from Kankakee County Jail with Brenden M. Noel, 21 Kankakee.  Noel was wanted on an Iroquois County warrant for failure to appear on teh charge of Criminal Sexual Assault.  He remains in jail in lieu of bond

Sheriff’s Police arrested Jimmy Marshall, 32 Donovan charging him with Domestic Battery after an altercation with his girlfriend that turned physical.  He was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he remians awaiting a court appearance

Sheriff’s Police investigated a hit and run accident at the Phillips 66 station in Onarga.  The report said, an unknown female driver in a small silver SUV was backing from a parking spot and struck a 2008 Rav-4 that was parked at the gas pumps.  Witnesses say, the silver SUV then fled the scene.  No injuries were reported and damages were estimated at more than $1500.

Sheriff’s Police investigated a single vehicle accident on S. New St. near E. Lyle St. in Milford.  The reports said, Lucille M. Allen, 81 Milford was traveling northbound on New St. when she became faint and drove off the east side of the roadway where she struck a mailbox before coming to rest against a fence.  Allen was transported to Iroquois Memorial Hospital for treatment of unknown problems.  No citations were issued and damage estimates were unknown at the time of the report
