Doug Depatis Sentenced to Eight Years
Iroquois County State’s Attorney James A. Devine announced that The Honorable Judge Gordon Lustfeldt sentenced Doug Depatis, 50 of Watseka, to eight years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On August 28, 2013, an Iroquois County Jury found Doug Depatis, 50, of Watseka, guilty of PArticipation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing and Unlawful Use of Property. Lustfeldt sentenced Depatis to eight years for participation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing and a concurrent four years for Unlawful Use of Property.
Depatis has previously been to prison for Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Aggravated Battery.
Assistant State’s Attorney Alex O’Brien prosecuted the case. Public Defender Dale Strough defended Depatis.
