After a week at No. 3, Florida State returned to the No. 2 position in this week’s edition of the BCS standings.
Undefeated Florida State handed Miami its first loss of the season on Saturday, giving it a big enough boost to surpass No. 3 Oregon.
Alabama remained No. 1 in the country, while No. 4 Ohio State, No. 5 Stanford and
No. 6 Baylor held their same BCS positions.
