Karen Sue Neal, 65, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 12:30 P.M. Monday February 11, 2019 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.  She was born October 5, 1953, in Hoopeston, IL, the daughter of Carlin Dale and Mary Ann (Inman) Robinson.  She married Gary Neal and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Deaton of Hoopeston, IL; one son, David Deaton of Watseka, IL; six brothers; two grandchildren, Derek Deaton and Raymond Alvin Lovell; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; parents; two brothers; and one sister.

Karen was a homemaker.  She enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, visiting with her family and loved her grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
