Terry Lee Patterson, 69, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 9:05 A.M. Monday July 10, 2023, at his home. He was born November 1, 1953, in Boswell, IN, the son of Willie Franklin and Lou Addie (Law) Patterson.
He is survived by one sister, Kathy Noland of Hoopeston, IL; one brother, Kenneth Lee (Jan) Patterson of Lafayette, IN; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and many great-great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Nancy Ann Wescott; and three brothers, Hershel Thomas Patterson, Billy Gene Patterson, and James Robert Patterson.
Terry attended the Chestnut Street Church of Christ in Hoopeston. He enjoyed bowling with his friends at Fast Lanes in Hoopeston, riding his bicycle, and traveling with his sister. He had a love for horses and in his younger years had his own pony. Terry’s smile was very infectious and always brought joy to others.
A graveside service will be held at 9:00 A.M. (Central Daylight Time)/10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time), Saturday July 15, 2023, at the Boswell Cemetery in Boswell, IN, with Pastor John Morris officiating.
