Leona M. Marshall, 97, of Rossville, IL, passed away at 6:10 A.M. Saturday November 4, 2023, at her daughter’s home in rural Rossville. She was born at home on May 23, 1926, the daughter of Gordon and Lue Nettie (Kerr) Kitchen. She married Lyle E. Marshall on November 16, 1947. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by one daughter, Sheilla Lund; one son-in-law, Larry Dunavan; one sister-in-law, Verna Kitchen; many grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, three daughters, and eight brothers and sisters.

Leona worked at TRW and later Gulbranson until her retirement. She loved bowling and enjoyed making crafts.

Private family services will be held.
