Charlotte A. Oteham, 91, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 9:25 P.M. Thursday November 23, 2023, at Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center. She was born May 27, 1932, in East Lynn, IL, the daughter of Albert and Inez (Sargent) Boltz.
She is survived by three daughters, Christy (Steve) Voyles of Hoopeston, IL, Cindy (Ed) Scopel of Champaign, IL, and Maggie (Zech) Yaden of Covington, IN; one sister, Rita (Robert) Miller of Danville, IL; one sister-in-law, Lavonne Boltz of Pana, IL; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marilyn Davis, and Jean Kline; one brother, Richard Boltz; two brothers-in-law, Ralph Kline, and William Davis; and one great-granddaughter, Bailee Cannon.
Charlotte worked at Radio Condenser and later, Weber’s Drug Store in Hoopeston. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hoopeston. Charlotte enjoyed gardening and camping with her family.
Cremation rites will be accorded, and a private burial will be held.
