Marsha “Jean” Jeanne Bogard, 77, of Hoopeston, passed away at 6:01 a.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at her daughter’s home.

She was born on November 27, 1946, in Danville, the daughter of William and Ada (Goin) Seiters.  She previously married Harold “Dean” Bogard on November 27, 1964, in Hoopeston.  He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughter- Rebecca (Amy) Bogard of Hoopeston; three sons- William (Janet) Bogard, Bryan Bogard both of Hoopeston and Robert (Cinnamon) Bogard of Lockport, Illinois; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers- John and Billy Seiters of Hoopeston; sister- Pat (Dick) Smith of Hoopeston; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one great-grandchild and two infant brothers.

Marsha worked at Heritage Health, in Hoopeston.  She enjoyed baking, cooking and making candies.  She also loved swimming and going camping.
