Sophia Maxine Vaughn was received into God’s arms on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. Sophia is survived by her parents, Kyle and Elvia (Garnica) Vaughn of Hoopeston, IL; one brother, Jackson Vaughn; maternal grandparents, Daniel Garnica and Maria Munoz; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Vaughn; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, RV Vaughn.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday March 26, 2024, at Rossville Cemetery in Rossville, IL, with Pastor Chris Quick officiating.
