Arrested: Vance Labaume (20) of Hoopeston
Details: Officer responded for a male at the above location causing problems.
The male was transported to HPD where he became combative and started resisting officers. Labaume was charged with the above and later released with a city court date.
Found Wallet
A light colored wallet was found and brought to HPD. Owner can identify and claim.
