Details: Unit 1 struck the rear of Unit 2 while it was stopped in traffic.
Driver of Unit 2 reported injuries to her back as a result of the crash.

Unit #1: Left scene unidentified
Unit #2: Unit 2 was parked while occupied. Unit 1 backed form his
space and struck unit 2 and left the scene. Unit 1 was described to
be a blk Ford Expdedition. Partial licence plate was V7770 o V79
Further, a computer check on driver of Unit 2 revealed her license
to be suspended. She was issued a citation.
