Hoopeston Police Department Report 1-26-18 through 1-28-18

Possession Drug Paraphernalia & Speeding Citation H18-0455
Time: 11:45 am
Location: 900 block S Dixie Highway 
Arrested: Andy A Alkire (M) (46) of Hoopeston 
Details: At the above time, the arrested was stopped for Traffic Offense of Speeding, and it was observed paraphernalia in the vehicle.    Transported to Hoopeston Police Department where he was processed and later released with court dates.  
 
 
Battery; Solicitation of a Minor; Wanted on Warrant H18-0456 V18-0676
Time: 21:41pm
Location: 800 block of E. Seminary
Arrested: Charles D. Bodies (36) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD responded to the above location for a call in reference to solicitation of a minor. After an investigation Mr. Bodies was taken into custody and transported to HPD. A computer check also revealed that the subject had an outstanding Champaign county warrant.  Mr. Bodies was charged with the above, processed and later transported to the PSB.
 
 
Criminal Trespass H18-0460
Time: 8:36pm
Location: 700 block of First Ave
Arrested: Skylar Pickett (26) of Hoopeston 
Details: HPD was called to the above in reference to Mr. Pickett who was known to be banned from the property. After making contact with the subject he was taken to HPD on the above charges, processed and later released with a court date after posting bond
 
Battery (city ordinance) H18-0465
Time: 1:28 am
Location: 300 blk E. Main
Complainant: 28 year old Hoopeston female
Arrested: Haley Edwards (21) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers met with the complainant in the lobby of HPD in reference to a battery complaint. Officers located Ms. Edwards and arrested her for city ordinance violation of battery. 
 
 
Rescue Call
Time: 12:22 pm 
Location: 18000 block State Route 9 
Details: At the above time, HFD was dispatched to respond to assist Hoopeston Arrow Ambulance with a male subject reported trapped.   Male that was injured was removed from under the machinery.  Victim was turned over to Hoopeston Arrow and fire units cleared the scene at 12:40pm.
 
Criminal Damage to Auto H18-0470
Date & Time: January 28, 2018     8:17am
Location: 200 blk W Maple
Complainant: 38 year old Hoopeston man
Details: Complainant reported that sometime during the night unknown subject(s)
punctured a hole in a tire on his Semi truck while it was parked at
above location.
 
Trespassing (City Ordinance) H18-0483
Time: 2:19 pm
Location: 600 blk W. Elm
Complainant: 21 year old Rantoul female
Arrested: Mona Perez (32) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers responded to the above in reference to a possible trespassing complaint. Once on scene, it was learned that the suspect was still in the area. Ms. Perez was located, transported to HPD on the above charges, processed, and released on a city NTA.
