Location: 400 block W Lincoln Street 

Complainant: 59 year old Hoopeston Woman 

Arrested: Jeff H Chandler (43) (M) of Hoopeston 

Time of Arrest: 1pm 

Date of Arrest: February 13, 2018 

Details: On February 7th, HPD officers made a report in reference to stolen property.

The next day, the property was recovered and given back to the owner.  After an investigation, Mr. Chandler was found and arrested for theft.  He was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.

 

Wanted on Warrant H18-0760 V18-1176

Time: 4:35pm

Location: 400 blk N Market

Arrested: David Cannon (38) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers responded to the above in reference to the report of a possible illegal burn. Once on scene, officers made contact with Mr. Cannon. A computer check revealed he had an active warrant issued by Vermilion County. He was taken into custody, transported to HPD where he was processed, and later transported to the PSB.
