Mr. Bodies was charged with Domestic Battery, taken to HPD, and later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.

 

 

Failure to Restrain Dog by Owner

Cited:                   Rachelle N Miller (32) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Hoopeston Animal Control was called out in reference to Ms. Miller’s

                             dog running at large and found in the complainant’s yard.  Ms. Miller was

                             mailed a notice to appear in city court with a court date.

 

Found Fence

A section of metal fence was located rolling eastbound on Orange St at 5^th St.  Owner can

identify and claim at HPD.
