Driving While Revoked, Possession Meth, Possession Hypodermic Syringe

Location:         W Penn St & S. Dixie Hwy

Arrested:          Wernigk, Timothy R (M) (37) of Penfield IL

Details:            At the above time, HPD officer conducted a traffic stop, and a computer check

                        revealed Mr. Wernigk had a revoked driver’s license.  An inventory of the vehicle found methamphetamine and a hypodermic syringe.  Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Possession of Cannabis           H18-2080

Time:               2:30pm

Location:         Hoopeston Area Middle School

Arrested:          14 year old Juvenile

Details:            Juvenile was taken into custody for the above, transported to HPD where he

                        was issued a Notice To Appear in Hoopeston court, and released to a parent
