Driving While License Suspended             H18-2281

Arrested:     Brent Akers (47) Westville male

Details:       HPD arrested Mr. Akers after a traffic stop was performed on his vehicle and

                   a computer check revealed that he had no valid driver’s license.  He was taken

                   to HPD, processed and later released with a citation and traffic court date.

Complainant:  59 year old Hoopeston male

Arrested:        17 year old Hoopeston juvenile

                      15 year old Hoopeston juvenile

Details:          HPD officers were called to the area for the report of harassment.  The

                      complainant told officers that while he was riding a bike, 2 subjects on a

                      scooter threw something at him and yelled profanity.  After an investigation,

                      the subjects were found and given city ordinance violation citations and a city

                      court date.
