Details:                 Officers responded to the above in reference to a possible dispute. Johnson was arrested on the above charges, transported to HPD, and later transported to the PSB.

Arrested:              Kurtis J. Simpson (33) of Hoopeston

Details:                 While on patrol officers observed Mr. Simpson who was known to have a warrant out of Vermilion County. After a brief pursuit Mr. Simpson was taken to HPD where he was charged with the above, processed and later transported to the PSB.
