Details:       HPD officers performed a traffic stop on the car that Mr. Hensley was driving

                   for a minor traffic violation.  A computer check revealed that subject had no

                   valid driver’s license.  He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He

                   was later released on a notice to appear in traffic court.
