Details: Officers were dispatched to the above location in reference to a traffic complaint.
A computer checked revealed the Mr. Williams did not have a valid license. Williams was charged with the above, taken to HPD, where he was later released with a notice to appear in traffic court.

Arrested: Bradly Wagoner (35) of Hoopeston
Details: While on a routine traffic stop a computer check revealed that Wagoner had an active warrant out of Ford County IL (15CM038) and an active warrant out of Montgomery Co. IN (21006) Wagoner was taken to HPD where he was processed, and later transported to the PSB to await extradition.
