Details:       HFD responded to report of re-kindling of the fire for a residence.

Details:       Black LG cell phone was located.  Owner can identify and claim at HPD.

Time:          11:32pm

Location:    500 blk S Dixie Hwy

Details:       HFD responded to the area for a report of smoke behind a building.  There was a

                   small fire in a burn barrel that the fire department extinguished.

 

Possession of Controlled Substance, No Valid Driver’s License      H18-3833  V18-6141

Time:          11:27pm

Location:    100 blk N Market

Arrested:     Isidro Morales-Gonzales (31) Indianapolis male

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle that subject was driving.  A computer check

                   revealed that he had no valid driver’s license.  Upon investigation, officers

                   found a controlled substance in his vehicle.  He was arrested, processed and later

                   transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment. He was also given a

                   traffic citation and traffic court date.
